I’m TK Eads, and I’m proud to serve the Middle Tennessee area as a full-time real estate agent. Born and raised in Lebanon, I’ve always had a strong connection to this community and a deep appreciation for the land and the people who make it special. My background includes years of hands-on work in cabinet making, painting, and maintenance management, all of which taught me the value of hard work, problem-solving, and communication skills I now bring to every real estate transaction. I’ve been licensed for two years, and now that I’ve made the leap into real estate full time, my goal is to become a trusted resource for clients across the region.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband and proud father to a beautiful daughter—our biggest blessing after a long journey through infertility and IVF. Family time is everything to me, and I spend as much of it as I can outdoors—farming, kayaking, fishing, or riding ATVs. I’m an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and look forward to getting even more involved locally as I grow in this career. And for fun? I’ve owned over 100 vehicles since I was 15 and was once featured in Wilson Living as one of Wilson County’s most eligible bachelors.
